If you are booking accommodation at The Hidden Door Bowral on our own website, you can purchase any of our packages as part of our booking process and take advantage of the considerable discount that we offer to guests who book their package on our website at the same time as they book their accommodation. The discounted package price is shown as part of the accommodation booking process.
If you have already booked accommodation at The Hidden Door Bowral you can purchase any of our packages by simply clicking on the Enquire Now button below and advising us of which package/s you would like to purchase. We will then contact you to confirm your package purchase and payment. Whilst all of our guests can purchase any of our packages, we can only offer our package discount to guests who have booked their accommodation directly through our website & book their package at the same time as they book their accommodation.
Terms and Conditions:
- If you decide that you would like some chilled French Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV Champagne on your arrival, all you have to do is:
- Email our local Bottle Shop owned by Sonnya at hilltopvillagestore@bigpond.com with a copy to us at hd@TheHiddenDoorBowral.com.au advising that your email is in connection with one of our packages and providing your mobile number.
- Sonnya, or one of her staff, will make contact with you within 24 hours to both confirm, and take payment for, your bubbles order.
- We will pickup your purchase, deliver it to The Hidden Door Bowral and place it in the refrigerator awaiting your arrival.
- Bottle Shop bubbles purchases are restricted to:
- One bottle for the 2 Adult Package
- The package and the bubbly must be booked and paid for at least 7 days before the date of your arrival to ensure that we have everything in place for your arrival.
- Once purchased, our Deluxe Romance Package and your Bottle Shop purchase are non-refundable because both we and our Bottle Shop are required to immediately enter into non-refundable commitments with our suppliers to ensure that all elements of the package are delivered on time for your arrival.
