Our Cottage and Our Villa

Our fully renovated Luxury Hundred Year old Cottage and our Luxury Architect designed Villa are self contained and separate.

Our Cottage and Villa are a mere 3 minute flat walk to the heart of Old Bowral with its restaurants, cafés and boutiques, gorgeous parks, museums, galleries, vineyards and golf courses. We are also within walking distance of the train station. Bowral is serviced by taxis.

Perfect for golfing weekends, wedding guests, girls’ weekends, romantic weekends, families and business travellers etc.

We are also Pet Friendly. If you would like to bring your Pet with you on your holiday you will need to select our Pet Package which, along with our other package options, will be available to you as part of our booking process.

For larger groups we can accommodate up to 14 people with our Ultra Luxury sister property, Hall House, which is also only a couple of minutes walk from the heart of Old Bowral.

The Southern Highlands is a beautiful year-round destination. Stop-in-your-track colour characterises autumn; snow sometimes accompanies winter; spring dazzles with its kaleidoscope of colour; and summer with its’ warm days with low humidity. Bowral is a such a safe destination, so you can wander to your heart’s content.

· The Hidden Door Bowral Cottage – 2 Bedrooms – Sleeps 4 – 1 Bathroom;
· The Hidden Door Bowral Villa – 2 Bedrooms – Sleeps 4 – 2 Bathrooms; and
· Hall House – 3 Bedrooms – Sleeps 6 – 2 Bathrooms and a Luxury Outdoor Spa.

Sharon and I have been visiting the Southern Highlands for almost 40 years, staying variously in Bowral, Sutton Forrest and Berrima. But now we’ve discovered the Hidden Door Cottage, we’ll never again stay anywhere else. Truly, this well-sited home-away-from-home is just perfect. The Villa exceeded our expectations with its luxurious touches and convenient location. It was an easy walk to all the great shops and cafes in Bowral, with a gorgeous park just around the corner. The accommodation is cleverly designed, the decor is lovely, and the beds and linen are divine. Beautiful relaxing few nights away from the city for a winter break. When we arrived the heating was on and the place was warm, cosy and so welcoming. Easy check in and check out. If you have your own car, there is free unrestricted street parking right out the front on The Hidden Door Bowral side of Bundaroo Street (and around the corner in Bendooley Street). Across the road there are some parking restrictions during weekday business hours and Saturday morning.
